With a hands-on culture and close proximity to its clients, Sogeti is currently looking for a Generative AI Architect to join our Quality Engineering and Test Practice to lead AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving impactful value creation for our clients. You will play a critical role in developing AI solutions and maturing our consulting delivery capability in this area.

You will be responsible for various AI solutioning activities, including:

• Working closely with client and other stakeholders to translate the vision of stakeholders, architects, and others into an AI solution including strategy and implementation roadmap
• Creating robust AI solutions through
  • Selecting appropriate technologies, considering deployment models and integration with existing tools
  • Collaborative working with stakeholders during architectural design
  • Working closely with security and risk leaders to foresee and mitigate risks
  • Ensuring ethical AI implementation
  • Piloting use cases
  • Assisting project teams with technical review boards and design authority approvals, ensuring compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements in AI solution design and implementation
  • Aligning AI initiatives with business goals.
• Supporting the successful implementation, execution and operational improvement of AI-powered solutions
• Managing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contributions
• Developing the capability of team members through ‘on the job’ training and formal development programs.
• Contributing to proposal development
• Demonstrable experience in implementing AI/ML solutions, particularly with LLMs
• Strong distributed systems and system architecture skills.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps tools/frameworks
• Demonstrable experience of designing and implementing solutions across toolchains.
• Experienced in building and running large-scale platforms.
• Development experience with at least one public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Development experience in at least one high level programming language such as Python
• Hold a recognized architect certification such as TOGAF
• Additionally, the AI Architect should have
  • Knowledge of the use and implementation of tools, including Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, Terraform, Restful designs and Kubernetes.

Security Clearance requirement

To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.

There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.

There are other criteria and check required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
