Trident Search have partnered with a cyber security start up focussed in data privacy, with additional funding they are now in a position to bring on a hands on Head of Engineering to manage the Software/Data team. There is a real opportunity for candidates to find themselves in a CTO position once proven within the business.

Responsibilities:

1. Build and lead an exceptional engineering team
2. Ensure timely and successful delivery of our product roadmap
3. Work closely with founders and the product team to define our vision
4. Enable your team to produce their most creative and innovative work
5. Develop secure, compliant, and high-quality software
6. Align engineering objectives with key business goals
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand company-wide needs

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience leading software teams in a fast-paced startup environment
2. Successful track record of scaling SaaS products to a large user base
3. Extensive expertise in C# .NET and AWS
4. Proficient in JavaScript frameworks, especially Angular
5. Skilled in Agile project management
6. Driven by challenges and eager to learn and grow
