90-110K Depending on experience.

I am working with a highly exciting consultancy who specialise in information risk, compliance, offensive security & cyber security.

My client is seeking a Penetration Testing Team Leader to lead their penetration testing team with a focus on Pre-Sales Support & Scoping, Maintaining accreditation’s, team management & delivery support.

You will have experience of being able to effectively manage a team of skilled security consultants and be able to provide pre-sales technical support, maintain accreditation standards & contribute to the wider vision of the company and direction the organisation is moving towards.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of 5 penetration testers
• Working with clients of all different shapes and sizes
• Contribute to the company’s wider vision and growth plans.
• Provide pre-sales activities.
• Conduct scoping exercises to understand the client’s requirements.
• Ensuring penetration tests are at the highest quality and timely delivery of those tests.
• Manage and maintain the team’s accreditation status, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

About you

• Able to demonstrate experience in providing pre-sales activities.
• Background in delivering client expectations.
• Proven ability to grow and lead a team.
• Ability to provide technical support to testing teams.
• Professional certs such as CTSM or CSTL
