If you are a dynamic and collaborative Head of People looking for a new venture, we have a fantastic role in the financial services sector that may be of interest .

Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be working exclusively with our client, in their search for a Head of People and Culture, on a full-time, permanent basis.

Reporting into a fantastic CEO, the main purpose of this role is to support the business in driving the people strategy.

This role also involves overseeing the facilities, IT infrastructure and Health and Safety operations.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisational culture, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting business goals through innovative people practices.

Some key accountabilities:

• Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on all matters related to people, organisational development, and culture.
• Lead and oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee data compliance.
• Oversee the management of all company facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment across multiple locations.
• Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
• Oversee IT strategy, including system upgrades, cybersecurity measures, and disaster recovery planning.
• Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to foster a diverse and welcoming workplace.

You will come with progressive experience in HR leadership roles, ideally within financial services. as well as being a natural with stakeholder management.

You will hold at least a bachelor’s degree in HR, if you are MCIPD or FCIPD even better!

You will be an effective coach, leader, motivator and influencer who can build relationships at all levels.

Our client is offering a salary circa £70k (DOE), plus some fantastic benefits! The position is predominately office based, in Fareham, with 1/2 days a week working from home.
