IT MSP EXPERIENCE NEEDED!

Job Description:

Lead and mentor a team of project managers, ensuring high-quality project delivery within budget and timelines. You’ll also handle strategic planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Reporting directly to the COO, you’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement PMO methodologies, standards, and tools.
• Manage and coach 2-3 project managers.
• Oversee IT project portfolios, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Monitor project performance, addressing issues proactively.
• Ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations on time and within budget.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Support business development with project estimates and proposals.
• Continuously improve project management processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in IT project management, preferably in an MSP or IT consultancy.
• 3+ years of experience leading a PMO or project management team.
• Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) and Cloud certifications (Azure, 365 Fundamentals).
• Strong understanding of Cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Customer-focused, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of IT cybersecurity, audit, and compliance.
• Ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
