Due to an extended period of exponential growth, we are in a fortunate position to continue growing our Software Development team and are looking for someone to take a leading role in this development.

About The Head of Software Solutions Role:

You will be responsible for developing the skillsets and careers of the existing team, in addition to fostering growth within projects and onboarding future staff to grow the department. This position plays a multifaceted role that involves leadership, strategic planning, team management, and a keen focus on delivering high-quality software solutions that align with the organization’s objectives.

The Head of Software Solutions will be responsible for:

• Build and manage skilled team for software development.
• Lead software team and set strategy.
• User Requirement Specification to Factory Acceptance Test specifications, fostering strong ties with major OEMs.
• Manage timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Develop and maintain tech roadmap.
• Make strategic tech adoption decisions.
• Ensure high quality and reliability in products.
• Collaborate with departments for integration.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards; especially in cybersecurity and software control.
• Drive process improvement initiatives.

A successful Head of Software Solutions will ideally have the below:

• Holds a Master’s degree in computer science.
• 10 years of industry expertise.
• Managed teams focusing on software development
• Proficient in full-cycle software development including C and Python
• Experience developing or implementing AI advantageous
• Adept at bridging technical and commercial communications.
