Responsibilities:
As IaaS Product Manager you’ll own the strategic direction and portfolio management of our Infrastructure as a Service products
This role is pivotal in developing our portfolio of dedicated servers, platform hosting and infrastructure solutions to meet these growing demands
Managing the full product lifecycle, working collaboratively across a number of teams to successfully deliver a profitable and growing portfolio of solutions
Responsible for the continual development of our product roadmap, including the analysis of product performance in terms of market fit, customer satisfaction, profitability, and long-term growth
Ensuring products are designed and integrated so that we can sell and scale efficiently with repeatable customer service excellence
Skills/Experience:
An experienced Product Manager with good technical understand
Have a strong domain knowledge of managed IaaS solutions, with experience in bare metal dedicated servers, web & domain hosting, infrastructure, and connectivity services
Experience working in a similar role specifically in a cloud hosting or Infrastructure as a Service environment
Educated in Product Management or Design discipline
Desirable – Cyber security experience
Desirable – Technical certifications in infrastructure, hosting and high-performance computing
