Are you a seasoned ICT professional with a proven track record in IT management? We are currently seeking an experienced ICT Manager to lead our clients team and drive the strategic development of their IT and telephony systems.

What you will be responsible for:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive ICT strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Infrastructure Management: Plan and execute strategies for maintaining and enhancing ICT infrastructure to meet current and future capacity requirements.
• Security Assurance: Ensure compliance with internal and external information security requirements, implement security measures, and stay abreast of cybersecurity threats.
• Service Excellence: Oversee the efficient operation of the ICT Service Desk, providing technical support and ensuring knowledge continuity.
• Budget Oversight: Manage ICT expenditure, maintain supplier relationships, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Your package as ICT Manager:

• £40,000 – £45,000

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT management, including software application and contract management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data protection protocols.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in the third sector and formal project management.
• Understanding of Data Protection Act and PRINCE qualifications.
