Infosec/Cyber Manager – Architecture – LondonI’m currently working with a nationally renowned organisation who are the absolute focal point for the UK transport industry.They’ve not only dominated their industry, they’re also pioneers within transport. This role requires a Security Architect. Someone who has a solid grounding in Information Security but also someone who has progressed / on their journey into Cyber Security.As part of this role, you’ll be the SME of security within the business. You’ll be leading conversations with all things security within the business at all levels, including C-Suite.This is a business critical role and as such, they’re looking for security professionals who have a passion for their work and ultimately, someone who can help to improve the businesses security posture.

This is a salaried position which is paying up to £95k. You will receive a 10% bonus as well as all of the other great corporate benefits that come along with a business. General Architecture

• Ability to map architectures across business, app, data, technology
• Management of architectural risks
• Ability to work with requirement ambiguity and resolution to ensure business outcomes met
• Broad range of technical knowledge (albeit not in depth)
• Understanding and practical experience of M&A processes (design/costs/risk)Inputs into IT roadmaps and strategies
• Able to audit/baseline to evolve architectural requirements.

Security aspects

• Knowledge of any MDR/EDR/SASE, content filtering, GRC, routing/switching/firewalls/WAF, IPS/IDS
• Preferably (in-depth) knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
• Design and implement security solutions that protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.
• Promote a culture of security consciousness throughout the organization
• Experience across Security tooling, Specifically microsoft and associated technologies.
