We are delighted to be working with a well-established Diss-based business, who are looking for an Infrastructure Analyst to join their expanding IT Team. They are seeking a talented 3rd Line Analyst to be a crucial part of their IT support team, based in their Diss Support Office with a flexible hybrid working approach.Key Responsibilities:

• resolve complex technical issues swiftly and effectively.
• Provide top-tier support for Microsoft server stack technologies like Exchange, Office 365, and Hyper-V.
• Contribute your expertise in infrastructure changes at Change Advisory Board meetings for seamless implementations.
• Ensure robust Active Directory management, focusing on user accounts and permissions configuration.
• Proactively monitor server health and network performance, resolving potential issues for optimized operations.
• Support various networking technologies, troubleshooting connectivity hiccups for smooth functionality.
• Collaborate closely with the IT Service Desk to resolve intricate incidents and problems.
• Drive projects related to service design, improvement, and operational initiatives.
• Maintain and update our Configuration Management System for accurate data.

Requirements:

• Experience in a 3rd line analyst or similar infrastructure support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems (2016 and above), Office 365/Exchange 2016, Hyper-V, and Active Directory management.
• Strong grasp of cyber security principles and enterprise network support experience.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a knack for handling pressure while prioritizing tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with effective technical information conveyance.
• Project management expertise and a valid UK driving license for occasional travel requirements.

Desirable Skills:

• Relevant certifications like MCSE, CCNA, or ITIL.
• Familiarity with MPLS, SD-WAN, Meraki, and VOIP technologies.
• Previous experience in the veterinary industry
