Our IT Department at Lidl GB is looking to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic Infrastructure Compliance Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a good understanding of technical and operational processes.

This is a challenging and key position for a candidate with knowledge and experience of Operations and Compliance in an enterprise setting. This position will bridge the gap between our IT compliance and operations teams through reporting, analysis and improving efficiencies in our processes.

The right candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities and the need to re-prioritise can change quickly. The Infrastructure Compliance Manager role will also be dedicated to managing a small and collaborative team where a positive atmosphere and professional development are paramount. The candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively, accurately, and confidently with multiple stakeholders across the business.

The Infrastructure Compliance Manager will also be dedicated to building a great, collaborative, and scalable team, where a positive atmosphere and professional development are paramount.

We have moved to a hybrid working model with a minimum 2 days in the office per week for appropriate Head Office and Regional roles, empowering our teams to choose how and where they work best. What you’ll do

• Strive for continuous improvement and optimisation of security and compliance standards across the server & network infrastructure.
• Oversee and ensure software updates are applied and relevant patch management tasks are undertaken to ensure compliance.
• Monitor & optimise the performance and availability of core infrastructure
• Continuous monitoring and implementation of global standards for security compliance directives.
• Active involvement and oversight of related project activities.
• Responsible for complying with defined standards, best practices, security, compliance and governance of infrastructure systems and solutions.
• Evolve, manage and report SLA and KPI where specified
• Responsible to ensure Backup & Recovery processes are compliant
• Ensure identity management activities are fulfilled consistently
• Build and document sustainable processes, to ensure the business achieves optimum efficiency.
• Responsible for Vulnerability management and remediation.

What you’ll need

• Proven working experience in security compliance in an enterprise setting is essential
• Proven line management experience and developing a team is essential
• Practical & technical understanding of network, server infrastructure, application security, cybersecurity, and cloud security controls is essential
• Proven experience in supporting, preparing, and handling audits is essential.
• Proven ability to foster and maintain successful partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to simplify and report on complex technical functions and risks to senior leadership colleagues
• Proven experience of Tenable and Splunk is highly desirable
• Adaptable communication skills with ability to confidently present to all levels in business
