Role: Infrastructure Engineer

Salary: 40,000 + Bonus

Chapman Tate Associates are delighted to be recruiting for a dynamic and experienced Infrastructure Engineer on behalf of our esteemed client. If you are a proactive IT professional with a strong background in full-stack IT infrastructure management and a keen eye for cybersecurity compliance, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Active Cyber Essentials Implementation: Lead and manage the implementation of Cyber Essentials protocols to ensure robust cybersecurity measures.
• ISO27001 Compliance Management: Support and maintain ISO27001 compliance, ensuring all processes and systems align with the standards.
• Full Stack IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee and manage a comprehensive IT infrastructure, including:
• Mobiles, laptops, and tablets
• Firewalls/gateways
• Azure cloud services
• Remote hosted servers
• Mobile Device Management (MDM): Implement and manage MDM solutions, with a preference for Microsoft Intune.
• ITIL Framework: Apply ITIL best practices to enhance IT service management (preferred but not essential).
• Windows and Linux Systems: Manage and support predominantly Windows desktop/server environments with some Linux experience.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in implementing Cyber Essentials.
• Strong understanding of ISO27001 compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience managing diverse IT infrastructure components.
• Proficiency in implementing and managing MDM solutions, particularly Microsoft Intune.
• Basic Linux experience with a focus on Windows systems.

Desirable Skills:

• ITIL certification or experience working within ITIL frameworks.
