Are you an experienced Infrastructure Manager seeking a fully remote role? Join our fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) and take charge of managing and optimising IT infrastructure for clients across various sectors-without the need for site or client visits.

We’re looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to join our team and help us continue delivering top-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain client IT infrastructure remotely, including networks, servers, and cloud environments, ensuring stability, security, and optimal performance.
• Lead and support a remote team of 3 engineers, providing guidance and ensuring the delivery of high-quality infrastructure services.
• Manage remote IT projects from planning to implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Engage with clients remotely to understand their technical needs and offer solutions to improve their IT environments.
• Oversee incident resolution and provide technical expertise to troubleshoot issues and manage escalations.
• Implement and maintain best practices for security, backup, and disaster recovery across client environments.
• Stay current with industry trends and innovations, ensuring our infrastructure solutions are cutting-edge and efficient.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 5+ years’ experience managing IT infrastructure within an MSP or similar environment, with experience working remotely.
• Proficiency in networks, servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), Modern Workplace and cloud technologies (Azure).
• Hands-on experience with remote monitoring tools and backup/disaster recovery processes.
• Strong understanding of networking equipment (firewalls, routers, switches) and network security.
• Experience implementing cybersecurity standards and ensuring compliance across multiple environments.
• Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to manage a remote team of engineers.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and teams remotely.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple remote projects and priorities.
