A leading Product company with offices in North London are currently searching for a Digital Operations Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

The role will require strong leadership and team management skills as you will lead a team of experienced professionals.

You should have proven experience as a Digital Operations Manager, IT Manager, Support Manager or similar role.

Other qualities and experiences should include:

– Excellent understanding of IT infrastructure, application support, and digital operations.

– Experience in managing technical projects and ensuring successful delivery.

– In-depth knowledge of cyber security principles and compliance requirements.

– Strong understanding of Quality Assurance processes and methodologies.

– Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

– Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL.

– Relevant certifications (eg, PMP, CISSP, ITIL) are advantageous.
