Job Description – Infrastructure & Security Engineer

Want to be part of this? We’re currently recruiting for an Infrastructure and Security Engineer to join our IT Team.

What you’ll achieve in the role:

As Infrastructure and Security Manager, you will primarily be looking after Raven’s infrastructure, getting stuck into cloud projects, and ensuring all operations are covered quickly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the security operations centre as investigative lead for IT security related incidents and taking ownership of infrastructure security alerts, handling problems through to resolution.

Managing and maintaining M365, Azure AD, Infrastructure Devices and Server Apps.

Working closely with the IT Team to evaluate and support the implement of new technologies.to strengthen Raven’s cyber security.

Providing high quality and professional IT support to employees on occasion and where required in order to assist our outsourced service desk.

What you’ll bring to Raven:

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

Strong knowledge and understanding of cyber security frameworks and best practice.
Knowledge and experience in implementing and managing M365 and Security products
Ability to resolve issues in a competent manner, demonstrating a positive attitude and a high degree of professionalism and enthusiasm.
Demonstrable experience of working within a technical support role, or a similar position
IT security infrastructure and engineering experience
