Our client is a leading IT Solution Provider (MSP) based in Swindon, dedicated to delivering top-notch services to their varied and valued clients. Their commitment to client satisfaction drives them to meet and resolve a wide range of IT needs daily, from basic tasks to complex virtualised server and cloud-based environments, disaster recovery scenarios, and cyber security solutions.

As an IT Solutions Engineer, you will be an integral part of our team of 6 engineers, managing and resolving a broad spectrum of IT issues. Your role will encompass all the skills listed above and provide opportunities to learn new technologies, enhancing your skill set and advancing your career within the company.

Are you the right person for the job?

You will be a talented individual with experience in the following areas:

• Windows 10 / 11 Professional
• Windows Server 2016 onwards
• Microsoft Exchange Server
• M365 tenant setup and migration planning to implementation
• Server Virtualisation knowledge
• Understanding of Active Directory
• Networking / Firewall / Switches / VLANs
• Backup technologies
• Cloud-based technologies (Azure / Entra)
• SharePoint, One Drive, Intune
• EDR / MDR technologies
