We are working with Europe’s largest Aerospace & Defence organisation to search for an IT Engineering Team Lead to work in their Digital Intelligence team.
Working within Digital Intelligence, you will gain the opportunity to work on multi-billion-pound programmes of work and implement technical solutions across Military Cyber, Land, Air and Sea platforms.
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for a diverse team of IT Engineers whilst leading them through Project Lifecycles and growing the headcount along the way.
What you’ll be doing: Leading and growing a team. Supporting the creation of engineering and project plans. Successfully execute and deliver against schedules. Adherence to project and business processes and governance. Build long-lasting customer relationships. Facilitate innovation and improvement initiatives.
Experience needed: Delivering IT and Information system projects, ideally for the MOD but not essential. Track record of working through an IT engineering lifecycle and governance. Background in leading or managing a team. Understanding of security architectures, IT systems and systems integration.
