Position: IT Infrastructure Engineer

Join our clients dynamic and rapidly growing start-up in the cybersecurity sector! Their dedicated to developing innovative security products for Cloud infrastructure, 5G, and IoT. They are now seeking a proactive IT Infrastructure Engineer to lead their technology team and play a pivotal role in their ambitious growth plans.

Responsibilities:

• Take a lead role in managing all IT and support-related aspects within our growing business.
• Build, maintain, and optimize our internal infrastructure to support business operations.
• Contribute to the development and execution of our aggressive growth plans.
• Implement and maintain security measures, scanning, backups, and patching schedules.
• Provide desktop support for Windows 11, Linux, and MacOS environments.
• Deploy, maintain, and monitor servers across physical, virtualized, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Proxmox).
• Utilize Microsoft technologies including Office, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Defender for Endpoint.
• Work with ticketing systems and adhere to change control processes.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (Office, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Defender for Endpoint).
• Desktop support experience (Windows 11, Linux, MacOS).
• Experience with physical, virtualized, and cloud server deployments, maintenance, and proactive monitoring (AWS, Azure, Proxmox).
• Experience with Cloud technologies and automation tools.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and adherence to change control processes.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Experience with ISO27001
• Documentation of existing and new infrastructure deployments.
• Knowledge of containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Scripting and automation tools.
• Firewall and network configuration/maintenance.
