An exciting opportunity to join an MSP servicing a range of customers from various business sectors. The Cloud Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for designing and delivering Cloud Solutions for new & existing customers.
The role
Troubleshoot system & network issues- offering solutions for hardward & software failures.
Provide 3rd Line level support.
Microsoft 365 Administration and Troubleshooting.
The skills and experience we’re looking for: Significant experience in:
O365, Azure (iIaaS)
Designing and implementing Windows Server Technologies including Virtualisation
Desirable skills/experience
MSP Experience.
Helpdesk/IT Support (telephone/remote support) experience.
Professional certifications in Microsoft 365 or Azure (or working towards).
Firewall and Network Security Technologies.
Hyper-V, VMWare, SAN, NAS.
Microsoft 365 Administration/Migrations.
Strong understanding TCP/IP Networking, including experience with routing, VLAN, VPN, Wireless.
Experience of VOIP telephony systems.
Automation and Scripting using PowerShell.
Cyber Security Experience and familiarity with Cyber Essentials Certification Protocols.
