IT Infrastructure Support – 2nd Line

Hybrid role – mix of onsite 2 days in Bristol office and remote 3 days working from home.

Focussing on Microsoft Technologies and Network Infrastructure Support so recent hands on experience with the following are essential:-

  • Windows Server Administration – (Managing and maintaining server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows Servers)
  • VMware Virtualisation – deployment, management, performance optimisation
  • Networking – DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Network configuration and Troubleshooting
  • Azure Cloud – Provisioning and managing virtual machines, storage networking
  • Microsoft 365/Office 365 Support
  • Security best practice – ISO, SOC, Cyber Essentials etc
  • ITIL familiar
  • Dealing with escalations from the 1st line
