IT Network Analyst (3rd/4th Line)
(12-Month FTC – Potential for a permanent role)

A new journey awaits, for an experienced IT Network professional in the heart of London’s business district. The opportunity to join a vibrant team at a global law firm in Central London is here, offering a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role.

Key Highlights:

• Lead the charge in overseeing and maintaining various cutting-edge networking systems, including WAN, LAN, MPLS, Wi-Fi, Internet, and Unified Communications.
• Showcase expertise in ensuring robust security controls across the network and Firewalls, collaborating closely with the dynamic IT Cyber Security Team.
• Develop and execute plans that keep networking systems at the forefront of innovation, up to date with the latest security patches.
• Contribute strategically by assessing and recommending the adoption of advanced networking hardware, software, and telephony products.
• Be part of a dynamic collaboration, providing training and support to IT colleagues, creating a cohesive IT service environment.
• Be the go-to expert in troubleshooting technical issues and providing out-of-hours cover for technical escalations, ensuring a seamless global operation.

Key Skills and Experience Required

• Leverage a minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT Networking and Security, making a significant impact in a global IT environment.
• Thrive in an innovative environment, operating within an ITIL operational process and ideally within an ISO 27001 accredited setting.
• Showcase SFIA level 3 or above competence, strong troubleshooting skills, and effective communication in a collaborative setting.
• Demonstrate proficiency in cutting-edge technologies, including Cisco Catalyst Switches, Cisco Prime & ISE, UCaaS platforms, Firewalls (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, FortiGate), and Microsoft infrastructure technologies.

Preferred Technical Skills and Qualifications:

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)/Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
• VMWare Certified Professional (VCP), Azure Fundamentals, ITIL Foundation Version 3 or 4.

Additional Information:
