Salary: Up to £65,000 + Package

Forsyth Barnes have partnered with a leading retail organisation as they look to increase there IT Security function. This role will play a key role in compliance with data protection regulations, and defending against cyber threats. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust security and data protection measures, policies, and practices to safeguard sensitive information.
Key Qualifications / Experience
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent
Understanding of EDR and XDR platforms and technologies
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT security and data protection
Understanding of data protection regulations and cybersecurity best practices
Strong knowledge of security tools, technologies, and best practices
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and manage cross-functional teams
Strong project management and organisational skills
