Key Responsibilities:
Lead the operational management of a managed XDR service and develop a proactive SecOps strategy.
Refine SecOps playbooks using custom Threat Intelligence, sharing valuable insights across teams.
Shape service metrics to showcase the performance and progress of SecOps within the firm.
Develop an ongoing improvement program to ensure optimal security detection and response.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong expertise in SIEM/XDR/SOAR management.
Proficiency in interpreting and presenting Threat Intelligence data.
A passion for sharing knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first approach.
A problem-solving mindset, able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
