You will be excited about providing high levels of support while driving to improve current processes to further support my client and your team.

This position will start as a fixed term contract for 2 years with a high chance of a permanent position offer at the end. My client offer some fantastic benefits on top of the salary package and some great opportunities for progression if successful in being offered a permanent position at the end of your contract.

As a guide you will have the majority of the following experience to excel in this role:

• Ability to problem solve within a technical environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong customer service approach and team player.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in dynamic work environment.
• Experience spanning 1st 2nd and some 3rd line would be ideal
• 3 years in a support based position
• Active Directory Management
• Basic Network administration and troubleshooting
• Basic Server administration and troubleshooting

This role is located Manchester City Centre and is an on-site position.

You will be given a salary of up to £30,000 + fantastic benefits that are unique to my client and are offering a final salary pension alongside 25 days holiday.
