IT Support Engineer required by an established retail company located near Southampton. The IT Support Engineer should have experience in an environment supporting a Windows based infrastructure.
The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for
Managing the company’s current 365 setup
Taking the lead on a project to ensure the company secures a Cyber Essentials certification
Hands on user and infrastructure support
Maintenance of server hardware & software
Essential experience
Active Directory
Maintenance of physical and virtual servers
MS365 user administration
Desktop support
Experience in any of the following would be advantageous, but is not essential;
SQL
Linux server management
IT documentation
IT / cyber security knowledge
Configuration of switches and routers
Any formal certification eg MCSE, CCNA etc
