You will be joining a company that values innovation, fosters teamwork, and encourages individual growth.ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain and retire IT systems within the Harrogate site (approx. 90 users, across 2 sites) to a high standard; this includes desktops, laptops, switches, printersSupport and train users in their use of all company systemsMinimise downtime of company systemsWork with lab staff to resolve laboratory equipment computer problemsProvide a comprehensive and timely support service to all users in the UKMonitor and maintain tickets on global IT HelpdeskMaintain the Harrogate site guide : document processes and input detail to SOP’sSupporting the global IT team in the implementation of cyber security measuresAdminister user accounts and mailboxes Experience neededYou will need experience in a similar IT support role such as 1st/2nd Line or IT Support TechnicianExperience in supporting cloud-based applications such as Azure/O365 and Microsoft Endpoint Manager is also desirableIdeally you will have experience in Microsoft Active Directory and Group PolicyIntune / Autopilot (Advantageous)Benefits25 days annual leave, plus bank holidaysPrivate medical after probationRegular social eventsEmployee discount portal – retail, cinema, gym, plus many more!Employee assistance programRide to work schemeLife assurancePension – up to 6% employer matchHybrid Role post probation period
