Salary: Up to £33,000

Lavandi Talent are working with a fab personal care company who are looking for a dynamic and talented IT Support & Systems Administrator to join their innovative and fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Support: Provide efficient and effective technical support to end-users, resolving IT-related issues promptly.
• System Administration: Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime.
• Security: Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data and systems.
• Documentation: Create and update technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT support and system administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows and Linux environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of networking principles and protocols.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
