My client is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to join their vibrant, dynamic and friendly team.

At the forefront of cutting-edge technology and innovation. We’re seeking an IT Systems Administrator to help us maintain and optimize our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across the organisation.

The Role: As an IT Systems Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our IT department. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining servers, networks, and infrastructure.
• Monitoring system performance and security to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Implementing software and hardware upgrades and patches.
• Providing technical support to end-users and colleagues.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance IT processes.
• Assisting in disaster recovery planning and cybersecurity efforts.

Qualifications

Essential:

• Proven experience in IT Support (at least 2+ years)
• Experience in administering and managing Microsoft 365 user accounts, licences, and security settings
• Experience managing & supporting windows servers in virtualised environments
• Understanding of network infrastructure and troubleshooting methodologies
• Excellent desktop support skills with the ability to assist end-users effectively
• Full driving licence & access to own transport as travel between 2 sites will be required.

Desirable:

• Experienced in administering Azure Servers (future migration plan)
• Hands-on experience of administering and supporting SharePoint
• Any Formal IT Qualifications – specifically in the areas above
