• Configuring, managing and maintaining the internal cloud-based infrastructure, with a primary focus on MS technologies, ensuring the IT infrastructure is robust, secure and efficient
• Able to provide front-line technical support on hardware and software issues
• Identify areas where the software and hardware can be streamlined or improved to make the team more efficient
• Maintain and support Microsoft Azure Windows based systems
• Servicing office equipment regularly to ensure optimum performance
• IT hardware procurement and installation
• Developing and implementing organisation-wide security protocols to ensure the business is protected against cyber attacks
• Onboarding new users into the business
• Maintaining the IT asset log

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 administration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
• Positive can-do attitude
