Join our client s team at a leading training and development consultancy nestled in the heart of Worcestershire! We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Technical IT Trainer to be part of their expanding team of Trainers. Our client s offices are based in Worcestershire and you’ll enjoy a perfect blend of home work flexibility and exciting UK-wide travel opportunities. Your training courses will be a mixture of online and on-site.

As an IT Trainer, you’ll dive into the fascinating world of businesses, assessing their training needs across Infrastructure, Networking, SharePoint, Power BI, Cyber Security, SQL Server, and more. No need to worry if you’re not an expert in all these areas they will provide the training to upskill and bridge any gaps. Whether you’re a seasoned Technical Instructor looking to enhance your tech skills or someone with a passion for teaching and a solid tech understanding, we’re eager to develop you into an outstanding instructor.

Our diverse clientele spans private and public sectors, including Defense, Healthcare, and Central Government. The successful candidate will deliver top-notch training, averaging three out of every four weeks. And when on-site training requires overnight travel all reasonable expenses are covered by the company.

Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be up to:

• Collaborating with businesses to identify their unique training needs.
• Crafting tailored training plans for IT teams, delivered in engaging class sizes of 12-16.
• Showcasing best practices through high-standard on-site or remote training sessions.
• In some cases, prepping the class for examinations.

Here’s what we’re looking for their ideal candidate:

A solid working knowledge in at least one of the following:

• IP networking
• Virtualization (Hyper-V or VMware)
• Cisco
• Windows and other operating systems
• Power BI
• Cyber

A self-starter with initiative, confident to take on a training role and develop technical skills.

Desirable qualifications in Microsoft Server, Cisco, VMware, or CompTIA.

Some experience in delivering training is advantageous, but don’t worry they provide on-the-job training and a ‘train the trainer’ course for the right person.

A willingness to contribute to the exciting world of course development.
