What will you be doing?• You will be providing support to internal users through an IT ticket system, • Providing support and troubleshooting for software, hardware and network issues, • Assisting with set up and configuration of mobile devices, • Ensuring cyber security standards are met, • Maintaining asset management, • Establish good relationships with all the internal departments.
