Junior Support Technician (Cloud) Chorleywood, Herts Full Time £19,000 to £23,000 per year

Our client is an established MSP providing a comprehensive range of outsourced IT services to all types of organisations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright, enthusiastic junior technician to join our client s Cloud Support team in Chorleywood, Herts. You may be a college or further education leaver, or someone who already has some IT support experience. The company s philosophy is to recruit junior engineers and promote from within.

Interest and experience with any of the following will be an advantage but not a pre-requisite:

• Microsoft Technologies including 365, Azure/Entra, InTune, SharePoint
• Cyber Security
• Endpoint Management
• Networking technologies such as TCP/IP, Ethernet Switching and Routing, Firewalls, WiFi
• CCTV and Access Control systems

What will your role as a Junior Cloud Support Engineer look like?

Your role will be to assist your colleagues with the following:

• Set up and manage user subscriptions, accounts, permissions and settings across a wide array of cloud services
• Configure and deploy devices such as laptops, video conferencing and networking equipment
• Troubleshoot and provide assistance for users across cloud services, hardware, and general business software
• Microsoft 365/Azure/Intune/Defender administration
• PowerShell scripting (and other scripting languages)
• Design and implement SharePoint solutions
• Manage and Design Security Solutions including policy design and compliance
• Implement, test, and monitor IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
