The Role

In this brand-new Managing Director position we’re looking for someone who can take the reins of an already successful and growing B2B publishing company in the area of Cyber Security and AI, and be the person to take the company to the next level.

You will inherit an excellent team of Editorial, Research, Customer Success and Sales already in place and firing on all cylinders, so we’re looking for a leader that can parachute in and drive 30-40% Year on Year growth over the next 5 years+.

With a global readership and member community already in the high tens of thousands and growing year-on-year, this company produces monthly and quarterly publications, digital content, directories, virtual events, video content and in-person events – all aimed at providing the technology community with engaging news and advice on all matters cyber and AI, and thus also providing valuable demand generation and marketing solutions to technology partners in the industry

The Candidate

We’re keen to speak to experienced Publishers, Managing Directors, Editors or ex-owners of similar B2B Publishing houses, who have a track record of publishing B2B titles, ideally in the technology space. (Not necessarily Cyber Security or AI)

You will be a driven, ambitious and engaging leader, capable of being the face of the company with the C-Suite of major technology clients, whilst also being able to manage the production of print and digital magazines, research and events to an extremely high standard.

The Package

Package is ultimately negotiable for the right candidate, however initial indications are in the region of £150,000 basic salary + Bonus (circa 30%) and an over-rider on company growth that makes the package uncapped.
