The Opportunity:An exciting opportunity has a risen for a Network Analyst to join this public sector organisation as it continues to invest heavily in tech to help the team deliver and maintain a high-quality service.The role comes with an attractive salary as well as excellent benefits, including the Local Government Pension Scheme.The Role:The role is 2nd line support for all network incidents as well as having some involvement in projects.
Monitor, maintain and repair all network services
Respond to cyber threats and cyber incidents
Assist with the development and implementation of Network services
Support with disaster recovery testing for Network services identifying areas of improvement
Assist with Network service audits
Requirements:Practical knowledge and experience in a similar role is essential. You should have experience of:
Proven experience working in a 2nd line network role
Knowledge of cyber security, vulnerabilities and mitigation
Awareness of ITIL standards, being certified is also beneficial
Comfortable using network and security monitoring tools
