We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join our Glasgow-based client as a Network Engineer on a contract basis, as they look to rebuild and develop their infrastructure. You will be reviewing the organisation/’s security policies and configuration in Intune, be involved in the rollout and design of networks and assist with the delivery of other IT projects.
Job Title: Network Engineer (Intune) Contract length: 6 months initially (likely another 6 months extension to project end) Rate: £400+ IR35: Outside Location: Glasgow Work Pattern: 5 Days on site
Essential skills
Implementing and configuring Microsoft Intune
Strong Networking Skills (primarily Cisco)
Expert knowledge of Security policies in Intune
Must be able to do all of this confidently and independently.
Several years’ experience in similar roles in large organisations.
Desirable skills
Broader cybersecurity and governance experience
Knowledge of Firewalls
CCNA/CCNP
Experience with Microsoft based Infrastructure (Windows, Servers, M365, VMWare etc.)
