Hamilton Barnes is currently representing a Banking and Financial client who are recruiting for an Operational Resilience Consultant on an initial 6 month contract with the view to extension (for a further 6 months).
The role has on-site commitments of 2/3 days per week, with the office based in London.
Key Requirements
Experience delivering operational resilience plans in order to sustain optimum working capacity during critical situations
Ability to identify, mitigate and monitor risk assessments
Setting impact tolerances
Execution experience with regulatory change management programs, focused on Operational Resilience domains (eg BCM, TPRM, DR, OCIR etc)
Comprehensive knowledge of Operational Resilience/Cyber Security topics including governance, data protection, crisis management etc.
