Working across multiple delivery teams, you will help ensure that quality remains at the heart of everything we deliver, supporting systems and services that impact learners and educators around the world.
About the role
As a QAT Analyst within our Exam Assurance team, you will be responsible for embedding and assuring Quality Assurance and Testing (QAT) standards, practices and tooling across high-stakes delivery teams.
Working closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Solution Area teams and third-party delivery partners, you will act as a trusted advisor on quality, helping teams adopt consistent testing approaches, improve delivery outcomes and reduce risk.
You will play a central role in translating QA strategy into practical delivery activities, ensuring quality standards, governance requirements and modern testing practices are effectively embedded across both project and business-as-usual delivery.

This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the successful candidate to typically spend 40-60% of their time collaborating and connecting face-to-face at their dedicated location. About You
You are an experienced QA professional who is passionate about quality engineering and continuous improvement. You are comfortable working across multiple delivery teams, influencing stakeholders without direct authority and helping teams adopt effective testing practices.
You bring strong analytical skills, a pragmatic approach to problem solving and a desire to help teams deliver high-quality outcomes in complex environments.
