Recruitment Team Leader

Location: London or Swindon/Hybrid

The Role:

Lorien is looking to recruit a Recruitment Team Leader to join our team in a hybrid role, with two days per week onsite in either London or Swindon. As a Recruitment Team Leader, you will be tasked with managing and fulfilling client vacancies, leading the business partnering team, and exemplifying strong performance management and professional development for your team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned capability
• Ensuring you and your team adhere to all compliance requirements, as required by the client
• Management of team performance including the monitoring of all KPIs to ensure expectations are met and where necessary improvement plans are put in place to drive performance
• Ensure achievement of all account SLAs and KPIs for yourself and direct reports
• Develop direct reports in terms of identifying and implementing personal development programmes to ensure that they continue to perform to meet the needs of the business
• Demonstrate Lorien and Impellam values and leadership capabilities
• Regularly liaise with client stakeholders to build and develop relationships
• Undertake performance management of team members as appropriate
• Provide coaching and mentoring to direct reports and others where appropriate
• Ensure that meaningful and accurate MI is produced as per the client requirement
• Accurate upkeep of all recruitment systems for yourself and direct reports
• Provide market data, research, and insight to the business where applicable

About You:

• Ability to work accurately, prioritise effectively and quickly under pressure within SLA/ KPI’s
• Strong customer focus, able to work well with all client groups, in a demanding and fast paced environment
• Previous experience in a management position
• High attention to detail and the ability to challenge, when appropriate
• Ace commercially and in the interest of Lorien Resourcing always
• A proactive and positive approach, with a solution-based mind-set
