Sales Director (Cyber Security) – £100,000 – £150,000 (£200k+ OTE) – Consultancy – London (Hybrid)

Overview:
A market leading Consultancy operating primarily within the Networking and Cyber Security space are looking for an experienced Sales Director to join their growing team in London on a hybrid basis.

This individual will be responsible for all sales activities within the organization’s newly formed Cyber Security as a Managed Service practice. The successful candidate will have a strong sales background focusing on Cyber Security products.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with existing and new clients.
• Work closely with the Senior Cyber Security Product Manager to become an SME on the product offerings within the Cyber Security arm of the business.
• Lead a team of 15 Sales professionals day to day.
• Develop and implement the sales strategy.
• Set and achieve sales targets as an individual and as a team.
• Maintain and grow a talented sales team, upskilling them over time and ensuring they have all the tools they need to achieve success.
• Liaise with various stakeholders internally in the Product, Marketing and Technical teams to ensure product knowledge and sales strategies are as accurate and up to date as possible.

Role Requirements:

• Strong previous experience working within an MSP/MSSP environment focussing on the sale of Cyber Security as a managed service/product.
• Experience managing teams of varying sizes but remaining hands on in your own role also.
• A strong, proven, hands-on sales background.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills (internal and external).
• Experience working with customers of varying sizes and budgets.
• A strong entrepreneurial, can-do mindset and a passion for growing something from the ground up.

Package:

• £100,000 – £150,000 basic salary
• £200k+ OTE
• Hybrid Working (London)
