My client is seeking a SC/DV Cleared SOC Analyst to join their dynamic security operations team. You will be responsible for monitoring and defending their network against potential threats, ensuring the highest levels of security are maintained. Key Responsibilities:
Continuously monitor security alerts and incidents using SOC tools
Analyze and triage security events to identify potential threats
Conduct incident response and escalate issues when necessary
Collaborate with IT teams to strengthen security posture and implement protective measures
Perform regular security audits and assessments to ensure compliance
Generate reports on security incidents and trends for management
Requirements:
Active SC/DV Clearance (mandatory)
Proven experience in a SOC or similar security role
Strong knowledge of security monitoring tools (eg, SIEM, IDS/IPS)
Understanding of network security protocols and best practices
Familiarity with incident response processes and methodologies
