Job Description

We are working with a client in search of an experienced ICT Security Analyst for a hybrid role in London with monthly office visits. This role will require a highly skilled individual to be at the forefront of the security operation, liaising with other technical areas of the business. The business already has a security partner, so you’ll also be expected to liaise with them – they take on the Pen Testing and Instant Response.

You will need to be able to:

• Monitor and remediate endpoint devices that have not received their monthly security patches and firmware updates.
• Review security monitoring solutions, provide investigation and remediation to raised alerts.
• Take the lead and maintain a register of systems including third party systems and develop plans with system stakeholder to ensure systems remain on vendor supported platforms
• Have excellent verbal and written communication, which you will need to evidence as you’ll be expected to produce statistical and written reports to a level that non-security aware colleagues will be able to understand.
• Carry out regular security audits of systems and infrastructure.
• An understanding of basic general compliance frameworks associated with Security, Cybersecurity and Data Protection Laws.
