The role:

Armis is looking for an incredibly talented Head of Brand & Creative Services for our cutting-edge cybersecurity SaaS business. This is a career defining opportunity that will open many doors for the right person. This role will ideally suit someone who has been a director of brand, visual identity and/or creative services for other leading SaaS / Tech firms but is looking to go to the next level. You will have your own graphic design skills & expertise. Please note, if you do not have direct design experience, then this is not a role for you.

We are seeking someone who is dynamic, who knows how to lead an in-house creative services team, in addition to working with external agencies & contractors. This is a fast-paced environment and we want someone who is creative, passionate and understands how to both evolve a brand, nurture, and protect it.

Responsibilities:

• Brand development, evolution, and governance (across all channels)
• Key driver of creative messaging and related copy (your voice matters)
• Leading the creative and content services team (aka production & optimization)
• Guiding marquee events (how we manifest the brand at flagship events)

What you will do:

• Optimize the day to day of how we create content (implement new workflows with the PMO) ensure all assets are coming out in the right format, on time and per budget.
• Motivate, manage, and nurture your team, so they are engaged, committed and passionate about their work.
• Ensure messaging and standard guides are being adhered to and we are showing up in the manner and style you expect.
• Guide the Director of Creative Services on how to produce assets, the strategy that we are following and the core messaging and direction from the PMM team.
• Help our PMM team to flex and refine their messaging.
• Work with the CMO, VP, Demand Generation and Director of Creative Services to evolve and build out our brand guidelines.
• Act as the ‘guardian’ of our brand, logo and how we show up physically, digitally, and virtually.
• Work with the digital and social teams to enhance, refine and evolve our channels.
• Line-manage the marquee event team, ensuring that how we manifest at these flagship events is best in class.

Who you will manage:

• Director of Creative Services (manages a team of 4)
• Senior Director, Marquee events (manages a team of 2 + contractors)
• 1 x dedicated ad-copy writer (contractor)
• Dotted line to Senior Social, Media Manager
• Dotted line into two primary agencies supporting content/collateral creation and demand generation.

What we expect:

• 10+ years’ experience working in brand, visual identity, creative services / advertising.
• You have already worked with organizations in cyber security, B2B technology or SaaS.
• You are an excellent communicator, clear, concise and affable.
• Skilled at working with multiple internal and external parties.
• Extremely comfortable in a fast-paced working environment.
• Self-driven, positive, and collaborative individual.

Salary range guidance for this position:

$150,000-$190,000 per year.
