What will the job involve:
Setting-up and maintaining hardware Setting up users on Windows, Android and on other systems Helping to administer and troubleshoot problems with Windows, Microsoft 365 and our own systems, ACE and Connect. Helping to diagnose and fix hardware problems. Manage and maintain the IT Storeroom. Systems, network analysis, configuration & review. CyberEssentials maintenance. Security, compliance and threat monitoring and review Collecting IT usage stats, generating reports. Keeping IT documentation up to date. Helping to train staff
This job will require 5 days a week in the office subject to your location .
