As the Senior Product Manager for Digital Workplace Services, you will be responsible for
overseeing and driving the development and management of our IT product portfolio, with a specific focus on
Devices and Data access, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Applications, Workplace Collaboration and
Security solutions. You will lead a product strategy within the organization, scrum team and collaborate
closely with cross-functional teams.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can blend business acumen,
technical expertise, and leadership skills to align IT initiatives with the company’s strategic objectives.
Working closely with the DWS architecture leads, platform managers, support and operations leads, and
financial managers, the Senior Product Manager will help create the go-to-market outputs and processes for
this portfolio to ensure that our business outcomes are being met: colleagues have the right technology tools
for their roles, those tools are easy to use and work well, and cost and consumption are understood by our
business customers.
Key accountabilities:
Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear and compelling product vision and
strategy for IT initiatives, aligning them with the overall business goals of the organisation.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product owners, providing prioritization of backlog,
guidance, support, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Microsoft Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft
Applications, Azure Cloud, and Security to make informed decisions and guide product development.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with IT teams, security experts, and business stakeholders to
gather requirements, prioritize projects, and ensure successful product delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT architects, developers,
business analysts, and external partners, to gather requirements and ensure successful project execution.
Product Development: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including defining
product specifications, developing business cases, and overseeing development and testing processes.
Security Compliance: Ensure that all IT products and solutions adhere to the highest security standards
and regulatory requirements.
Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to leverage their expertise
and technologies when necessary.
Budget Management: Responsible for budget planning and management related to IT product
development and maintenance.
Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor and report on
the performance and effectiveness of IT products.
Create DWS product OKRs to DWS and IT OKRs and vision, aligned to business outcomes.
Maintain stakeholder relationships with business stakeholders, champions, CIO business partners, and
key partners in information security, HR, property, and infrastructure co-dependent teams.
Required skills:
A strong combination of technical, strategic, and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering highly
effective customer experiences, creating frictionless and intuitive products and services in the end user
technology space.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills and ability to present confidently and professionally to
executive audiences.
Strong data modelling and analytics with the ability to create metrics-driven objectives and key results,
market/customer research and utilization data and make data-driven product and priority decisions.
Strong business acumen and knowledge of business spend models (capital vs. operational budget)
and ability to create budgets and cost efficiency plans.
Experience with modern, Agile product delivery models (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and frameworks,
modern workplace best practices for digital product design and automated operations and support.
Technical knowledge in enterprise infrastructure technology with a focus on the end user product
portfolio and understanding of best practices in stakeholder management, change management,
software development, cyber security standards, networking, SaaS and on-premise deployment
models.
Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, with a strong emphasis on IT solutions,
including Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Applications, Azure, and Security.
