Responsibilities:

• Acting as the first point of contact in Cyber Security Services matters with the client
• Ensuring all client ORIs, KPIs and SLAs are met
• Proposing improvement to Cyber Security processes
• Oversight of client specific incidents: understanding, following up, allocating to the right team and resolving
• Understanding any client specific alerting and reporting requirements, ensuring that the team builds the appropriate controls
• Coordinating:

1. Service Management inc. complaints, requests and service improvement plans 2. Service Level Meetings 3. Reporting (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) 4. Execute annual Cyber Assessment

Nice to have:

• 2+ years of experience in client liaison, risk management and/or information management
• Experience in financial services
• Working knowledge of financial regulatory requirements
• Working knowledge of service management and delivery
• Experience with projects life cycle
• Working knowledge of ITIL, Cobit, SOX, LeanIT, IT control framework
• Working knowledge of risk management framework
• Spanish will be an asset
• Very good English is necessary
