At Lockheed Martin UK as a Service Desk Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining our cutting-edge computer systems and networks, troubleshooting incidents, and supporting the deployment of new software. This position will support Accounting, IT & Corporate Budgeting & Forecasting teams based in Havant.

Work model: onsite
Duration: 12 Months
Hours Per Week: 37.5
Shift Work Details: 12 hour shifts, 365 days per year.
Top Requirements and Skills:
Experience with Service Management toolsets (ServiceNow/Hornbill/Remedy).
Proficiency in Tivoli Integrated Portal, Tivoli Provisioning Manager, and BigFix.
Understanding of Oracle, Unix, Linux, Windows OS, and Active Directory.
Familiarity with Networking, firewalls, and network monitoring tools.
Responsibilities include:
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Troubleshoot incidents, providing effective resolutions or escalating to specialist support teams.
Support rollouts of new software configurations.
Answer telephone calls, handle correspondence, and complete ad-hoc tasks as delegated by the leadership team.
Assess and prioritize faults, following procedures and diagrams for incident resolution.
Liaise with specialist support teams, ensuring timely incident resolution.
Provide competent out-of-hours support on a rotational basis (365 days, 24/7 shift pattern).
Produce regular internal and customer reports on incident status.
Manage the response of 3rd party suppliers and perform or arrange software rebuilds following system failure.
Support the deployment of software configurations and provide at-desk training for new staff.
Ensure the Service Desk management tool is consistently updated throughout incident lifecycles.
