The key to this role is identifying improvement areas and driving initiatives to improve the existing systems. You will be involved in technical support and long-term migration projects.The current vacancy is for an innovative IT solutions organisation who are looking for a Systems Manager to ensure a culture of high performance. Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in similar roles. You will have strong experience working in an IT & Systems Manager role with excellent leadership skills within a results-driven environment.Key Responsibilities for the Systems Manager:

• Maintenance and support of all systems including ERP
• Managing IT budget and liaising with department heads
• Ensuring all group remains compliance with IT internal control requirements
• Being responsible for disaster recovery procedure and recovery process
• Manage system requirements and propose solutions through implementation and testing and go-live.
• Strong reporting and database experience ideally SQL Server
• Providing training to all team members across the group
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
• Ideally have some experience with cyber security certification
