Desktop Support Engineer
Location: 5 days onsite in Derry, Londonderry
Salary: Up to £35k (based on your experience)
My client is an innovative and award-winning software company that addresses cybersecurity awareness in the global market. They are now looking for a Desktop Support Engineer who is passionate about technology, people, and customers to join their growing team.
Key responsibilities:
– Providing prompt resolution of day-to-day issues related to user PCs, laptops, and other devices. (Win11/iOS).
– Account setups, access configurations, and security as per company standards.
– Supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and video conference rooms/systems.
Skills & Experience:
– Experience with Microsoft 365 applications, Windows, and iOS.
– Technical knowledge of installation and maintenance of personal computer hardware and printers.
– Knowledge of endpoint management systems like, Intune, SCCM, Jamf, and Manage engine.
