Avocet Commercial Careers has a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Team Assistant to join an incredibly well established and ambitious law firm in the heart of Exeter. The successful candidate will join their busy IP (Intellectual property), DP (Data Protection) and Technology team and will support solicitors as they advise clients on optimising data security, meeting UK regulations like GDPR, and responding to cyber threats. This crucial role allows the team to continue delivering excellent service to organisations across the UK. Trainee Team Assistant requirements;

• You will support the Team Coordinator and Trade Marks Team by assisting with administrative tasks.
• You will focus on creating and updating documents, maintaining records, managing calendars, following file procedures, and communicating effectively with clients.
• You will fully participate in the team to help meet business development goals.

The ideal Trainee Team Assistant will have;

• You will have previous experience in a professional services environment and strong administrative acumen.
• You will bring enthusiasm, stellar organisational skills, and a proactive approach to administrative tasks.
• You will be committed to growing and progressing within the role.
• You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to deliver exceptional client service.
• You will adapt well and work flexibly as part of a collaborative team.
• You will have proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and other IT applications.
