Cyber Security company requiring 3rd line service desk engineers urgently
If you have MSP experience working on a service desk and are looking to learn all about Cyber security, please apply.
Location: Poole + remote
Duration: Perm role
Salary : up to 45k DOE

Requirements for the role:
MSP experience , ideally at least 2-3 years in one company
Solid understanding of cloud technology from an admin perespective, including Azure, Azure AD, 0365, SharePoint , EndPoint, Intune, Auto Pilot.
Windows operating systems 7-10
Network experience , DNS,TCP/IP, routing, VPN and WAN.
Email services ( Exchange, Exchange online , MImecast , Gmail,
Interest and exposure to security( Firewalls, Windows security – server and work station.
General desktop support , hardware\software diagnosis and breakfix.
Hosted telephony
on-prem to cloud migrations.
